Policies
ALL PETS must be either on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
Before your grooming appointment please make sure your pet had ample time to relief itself. If you use the grassy area around our shop, please clean up after your pet. We provide clean up bags for your convenience.
At check in please let us know of any special needs your pet might have, e.g. Special Shampoos, Allergies or other chronic ailments.
We recommend to keep regular scheduled appointments for your pet. Depending on your pet's coat this could be anywhere from 4-12 weeks. regular grooming will keep your pet healthy and happy. Please schedule your pets next appointment when you pick up your pet.
We understand that things happen which are beyond your control and grooming appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. We appreciate if you can give us a 24 hour notice. This gives us adequate time to fit someone else in your spot.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash.
We strive to provide excellent services to you and your pet. If you should not be 100% satisfied with your pet's haircut or treatment at our salon, please let us know right away.
